FOCUS AREAS
For a more impactful Corporate Social Investment (CSI), AfricanButters have designed a program which is focused on one area aligned to our mandate and priorities of the business.
AfricanButters’ CSI department is able to establish partnerships with stakeholders (Non Profit Organizations “only”) to leverage funding and resources to maximize impact and share the risk. We will look for opportunities to support an NPO’s strategic projects including Early Childhood Development (ECD) in partnership with under-resourced public schools in South Africa and socio-economically disadvantaged schools unit.
The focus will be on the following:
- Entrepreneurship skills. Support initiatives that provide entrepreneurship skills development prioritizing Grade 9 to Grade 12 school learners.
- Career Day at School. Support industry exposure models for Grade 9 to Grade 12 learners that serve to sustain young individual livelihoods through income-generating projects and job creation for the youth.
