All orders will only be dispatched once payment reflects into our accounts.
Only EFT and Direct Deposits are allowed for payment of orders.

AfricanButters offers 2 services : Collection points and Courier across South Africa Only.
PEP Paxi is the first collection point option. This option will indicate to us that you will need your purchased items to be sent to your nearest PEP store between 7 to 9 working days. The parcel then needs to be collected from your PEP store. Please indicate to us your nearest Pep store in the “Order notes (optional)” text box. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. Pep Paxi Product orders that are paid in full are dispatched on Saturdays only. Orders placed on Weekends will be processed on Monday
Secondly, we offer a 3 business day courier service. This courier option uses an external courier service which delivers to your door for your convenience. Courier Product orders that are paid in full are dispatched on Mondays through to Fridays only. Orders placed on Weekends will be processed on Monday. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.
Delivery for all paid wholesale orders is 5-10 business days.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
WayBill Tracking Orders
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a waybill number to track your parcel.
Kindly use that number to confirm and keep track of your parcel.

We will respond to you with instructions and a dispute number within 24 hours
After investigating the dispute we will notify the buyer of his/her options.
